Riverwoods will celebrate veterans on Feb. 26

Feb. 9—LEWISBURG — Riverwoods Senior Living in Lewisburg will host a special Veterans Day Celebration on Feb. 26.

The event will be held at 1 p.m.Feb. 26 in Marlow Hall, located at 15 RidgeCrest Circle in Lewisburg. It will feature state Rep. Stephanie Borowicz, R-76, presenting certificates to all attendees, including two distinguished World War II veterans: Ralph Noble, age 100, and Carl Phillips, age 105.

Borowicz will start by expressing gratitude for veterans' sacrifices, followed by presenting certificates to each veteran, highlighting their invaluable contributions. The American Legion's presence will add a special touch to the event.
