The Talking ColorTest 2000 Memo is a color identifier designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. The user places the sensor on the surface of an object to hear the name of its color announced. The user may choose to hear Universal color names (like blue, red, yellow), Common color names (like slate grey, bright mustard, coffee brown), or both. In addition, the color models HSL (Hue- Saturation-Luminosity) and RGB (Red-Green-Blue) may be analyzed to give an even more detailed color description. This model also offers a dynamic color measurement, where multi-colored patterns are announced one by one in the measured sequence. Additional functions include light detector; voice memo recording; announcement of time, date and day; a timer, stopwatch, and alarm clock, appointments, thermometer, and games (dice, roulette , bingo and a chess-clock). The hand-held unit comes with a leather carrying pouch. POWER: Uses rechargeable battery and a charger (both included). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1 x 6 x 1 inches.
