The Hausted Electric Powered All Purpose Chair, model EPC-250-ST, is a stretcher wheelchair and transport wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This chair is designed for use in a medical setting for transport and treatment. Features include a push bar, a built-in chart holder, and accessory wells on each side. FRAME (HxLxW): 23.5 to 31.5 x 75 x 27.75 inches. CONTROLS: This chair has electric controls for height, back support, leg section, and Trendelenburg adjustment, including hand-held controls that can be operated by the user or by medical personnel. An emergency backrest release lever overrides electric controls. SEAT (LxW): Stretcher dimensions are 70.5 x 22 inches. The backrest reclines from 0 to 80 degrees. Velcro safety straps are available as an option. CUSHION: 3-inch cushions. UPHOLSTERY: Choice of gray, tan, brown, blue, or green. ARMRESTS (HxL): Padded armrests are standard. Siderail dimensions are 12 x 29 inches. An armboard with 2-inch padding and a clamp is available as an option. BRAKES: Four wheel brake and steering system operable from both sides. CASTERS: 5-inch casters. FOOTRESTS: Height-adjustable fold-down footrests with electric controls. Heel stirrups are available as an option. OPTIONS: Options include a telescoping IV holder, an oxygen tank holder, a tray, and fold-down side tables. CAPACITY: 325 pounds.
