Safe•t Mate Personal Fall Monitor (Model Sm-004)

The Safe•T Mate Personal Fall Monitor, model SM-004, is a wandering patient system designed for use by individuals with balance or cognitive disabilities or Alzheimers disease. This monitor can be mounted to either a wheelchair or a bed. It has a thick-walled polypropylene case, a sturdy mechanical switching mechanism, and a surface mounted magnet that pulls off in any direction, allowing for a variety of mounting positions. It comes with an adjustable cord and steel clip for mounting. The cord adjusts to fit a wheelchair or bed 18 to 32 inches wide. The custom stainless steel clip can be mounted to a chair frame, chair back, bed rail, or headboard. OPTIONS: A replacement parts kit is available that contains screws, magnet/cord assembly, and mounting clip. WARRANTY: Guaranteed for one year from purchase from any manufacturing defects.
