The Tri-Flex II is a motorized bed designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This heavy- duty bed includes a three-piece interchangeable mattress and a sliding surface that expands or contracts for a wider or narrower surface width. Users can get in and out of the bed through the side or through the foot of the bed. Other features include caster wheels, rotating side rails, one button Trendelenberg functions, molded plastic head and foot boards, and a battery-powered scale display. The bed can be folded and rolled on its casters when not in use. POWER: Uses standard electric current with battery backup. OPTIONS: Three or four corner trapeze support. DIMENSIONS (LxW): Frame is 93 7/8 x 40.75 inches; the platform is 86 x 37 or 48 inches. CAPACITY: 1,000 pounds.
