Thudguard is a protective safety helmet for children from 7 months until just over 2 years. It is designed to help absorb and reduce the impact of falls from a child's own height, lessen the chance of injury, avoid bumps and bruises while learning to walk, and accommodate the need for head positioning for children with disabilities. It is ultra light weight with holes for ventilation, and impact tested. The lightweight design is helpful in the development of an infant's neck muscles. Thudguard also has a soft, adjustable chinstrap and a stretchy circumference band that allows for growth from 16 inches up to 20 inches. Thudguard helps cushion the forehead, side and back of the head. It is made from High Density Foam and soft-spun poly / Lycra.
