The Handicap Voter Parking Cone Cap Sign, model 1941, is a parking area marker for a polling place designed for use to mark parking areas designated for voters with disabilities. This sign turns an existing traffic cone into a sign stand. The cone cap sign fits into a standard hole in the top of the cone. The sign has the words "Voter Parking" at the top, with two International Access Symbols (stylized drawings of a figure seated in a wheelchair) below. In use, the words wrap around the top of the cone while the symbols appear on either side. The sign is constructed from weather-resistant 4-millimeter corrugated plastic. The sign is sold by itself or it comes with one of three cones: an 18-inch Election Department cone or a 28- or 36-inch orange traffic cone. DIMENSIONS: Sign face is 12 x 13 inches. COLOR: White letters and drawings on a blue background. Traffic cones are orange.
