FM amplification system that can be used as personal system (using TW6 belt-pack transmitter) or with large groups (using AAT-2 base station transmitter). Same receivers used for both situations. Can be used in churches, theatres, indoors or outdoors. The base station transmitter reaches up to 500 feet and includes inputs for both existing PA system or a microphone (TD13 omnidirectional mic $198 separately). The latter also requires purchase of separate cord (ME50 for $87.) Operates on 120 V AC power and has peak reading audio level LED meter for audio monitoring. Is portable or can be permanently placed in rack. Receivers operate on the FM wide band frequencies between 72 and 75 MHz. Up to eight operating channels are available. Receivers are $70 separately and come with single earbud for up to 50 decibel loss. (Other earbuds for higher losses available separately.) It's battery operated and can be clipped onto belt or put in pocket. Can use neck loop ($40 to $50) for use with hearing aids or can be directly plugged into hearing aid that has audio-input. Belt-Pack Transmitter (TW6) for $350 is for personal use, transmitting up to 300 feet. Includes miniature electret lapel microphone, cord also functions as antenna. Special package for $ 859 includes base station transmitter and three receivers.
