JC Blair Memorial Hospital

Juniata Valley Tri-County MH/MR Program

Joinder of Huntingdon, Mifflin and Juniata Counties (HMJ) charged with administering the public mental health and intellectual and developmental disabilities systems in the three counties. Oversight of the program is via the Tri-County Board of Commissioners. The program also receives input to its planning and development through the Citizen’s Advisory Board.
